3. QR Code Technology

Each Old Hard Drives shirt includes a QR code on the collar. When scanned, this QR code directs the customer to a dedicated page on oldharddrives.shop. From that page the customer may click through to an internal video player page hosted on our website where the video content related to the shirt design is displayed.

By scanning the QR code and accessing the linked pages you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The QR code directs to pages hosted on oldharddrives.shop and all navigation occurs within our website
• Video content displayed on our internal video player is provided for informational and entertainment purposes related to the product design
• Old Hard Drives reserves the right to update, change, or remove any video content linked through the QR code at any time without notice
• Old Hard Drives is not responsible for any third party platforms or services that may be embedded within the video player page
• The QR code technology, landing page design, and video player experience are proprietary to Old Hard Drives and may not be copied, reproduced, or replicated without written permission

4. Original Designs & Intellectual Property

All graphic designs featured on Old Hard Drives shirts are original works created and owned exclusively by Old Hard Drives.

Specifically:

• All images appearing on our shirts were created by Old Hard Drives using still frames extracted from video content owned exclusively by Old Hard Drives
• These videos — whether publicly available or privately held — are the sole property of Old Hard Drives and all rights to the content within them are retained by Old Hard Drives
• The still images extracted from these videos were used as the foundation for original graphic design compositions created by Old Hard Drives
• The final designs — including layout, composition, typography, color treatment, collage arrangement, and overall visual style — are original creative works belonging to Old Hard Drives
• Old Hard Drives retains full ownership of all source videos, extracted still images, shirt designs, graphics, and all visual content produced under the brand

No portion of our shirt designs, graphics, source videos, extracted images, website content, QR code system, or brand identity may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the express written consent of Old Hard Drives. Unauthorized use of our designs, images, or video content may result in legal action.

5. Orders & Payments

By placing an order on oldharddrives.shop you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout including any applicable taxes and shipping fees

Old Hard Drives reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges / Return Policy

All returns are handled as exchanges only. We do not issue cash refunds outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy for complete details.

7. Shipping

Old Hard Drives ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Old Hard Drives is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Old Hard Drives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or QR code technology. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
